In 2003 Beckwith Design were appointed by Newmason Properties to deliver a mixed use development in the heart of Shipley. The construction programme spanned 5 years and consisted of the conversion of three Grade 2 Listed Mills, building 3 eight storey new build apartment blocks, a multi storey car park, gymnasium, shop, bar, restaurant, beauty mill, tennis courts and landscaped gardens.
